Fila MP90 Eco Xtreme is a premium, eco-friendly sealer specially recommended for natural stone tiles such as marble, granite, and other porous stones. Designed to protect against water and oil-based stains, it preserves the natural look of the surface without leaving a film or altering the finish.
Its water-based formula is low in VOCs, safe for indoor use (including food-contact surfaces), and ideal for both polished and unpolished stone. The product penetrates deeply to reduce absorption and make ongoing maintenance easier, while also offering added resistance to graffiti.
Application is simple:
Ensure the surface is clean and dry (or only slightly damp).
Shake well and apply evenly with a brush, cloth, or fleece pad—covering all joints and grout lines.
On very absorbent surfaces, apply a second coat after 20 minutes.
Before the product dries on the surface, wipe away any excess with a clean cloth.
Surface can be walked on after about 2 hours.
Fast to apply and long-lasting, Fila MP90 Eco Xtreme is the go-to sealer for protecting your natural stone tiles—both indoors and out.
